Really, 10 years and they were never a shell were they? Or were they? If not a shell wouldn't that mean something today? Or over the course of time..? Media has it that non shells are in demand (rules).. What's a mere $300k in fines? When it comes to hundreds of millions (??) in profits? Kinda would suck big time wouldn't it? Having that on the mind.. :-)
