Lenard I agree, these crooks were not to bright, the evidence certainly seems to be there to prove the case in favor of XA, but my question would be other than retrieving the lighting & other material things like furniture,cell phones etc., how much of a cash award would actually be collectable? Where could the defendants acquire even a small portion of a cash award to pay back to XA?
