9miles: Well then those who are naive are correct. I post information from e.Digital's SEC filings for two reasons: (1) I find them very interesting and enjoy evaluating them, and (2) I see that many EDIG investors either do not read them themselves or don't know how to analyze them - so yes, I am trying to help inform others as to the pesky little details that management never talks about in its PRs and hypecasts.

How do you know that one or two people might learn something that would affect their investment decisions?

Also, what do you mean by "standard language?" Every company's 10K is unique to it.
