I can see the next news release now. "JFK Oil has raised $5M and they give half to BAYP for free"

Of course I live in bizarroland where JFK Oil could raise $5M and would give half to BAYP for free....where JFK already gave BAYP half of the rusty tanks for free, along with the environmental claenup bill.
