I've given up being concerned about the share price because it is so inconsistent with the valuation given to other biotechs at similar stages of development.

I was reminded of a brief conversation I had on the golf course with the then CEO of a major US online brokerage (we were members of the same golf club at the time) in 2000-I asked him if the market would continue to go up (this was during the dot.com era) and he said if valuations every return to historic levels they will plummet (which they did). It's the same thing with GALT, if valuations for biotechs continue at current levels the share price will eventually rise unless their drug fails (which is doubtful given the science) or all of the other biotechs plummet (which most likely won't happen either).
