Good point. This is only one offer. SIRG can be holding out for a better deal. Even if the orotecno deal doesnt close we know they r still in business looking at offers that make sense.

Agree on all points...very excited about the potential here when the deal gets done. This should have run much higher today IMO but it was manipulated and shorted by market makers to keep it in check. It is super thin. I mean this baby flies on very little. Shorts stepped in to kill the momentum. When it was trading fairly earlier in the day it was climbing with ease. Then these clowns stepped up the short game to kill the momentum. Pretty risky shorting more than 1/3 of the float...in a single day. Pop coming next week IMO. If they want to short at these levels , I'll buy up the shares and will make them pay. $SIRGQ
