Has the push to talk technology been available on tracking devices since 2003. What do you think we're talking about here?

CT is not a cellphone nor is a cellphone a CT....they are meant for different markets,different dynamics and implemented for different uses.
Just as a dragster is a car but its not meant to drive down your local street...so please until you understand that concept.
But again i ask "why are you interested in HISC?"

Wow, you must be getting desperate to respond to a simple question in that manner. I was just asking because a feature change like that would seem to fit with some of the specialization requests for the CT as suggested in other posts. I thought it was a valid question, but apparently you don't. But then again, you like to compare apples to oranges so I should have expected such a shallow attempt at diversion. I know you don't respond to questions yourself, but again I will ask, "How's your fleas?" since you obviously have no direct interest in HISS or it's products.
