Bear in mind with this stock, one of the last 8Ks that was submitted to OTC was that the authorized shares were increased to 75,000,000,000.

OTC’s last updated share count is 6,815,829,982 from October 16, 2010. Between then and now, they could have issued shares.

I am not sure what to make of the volume. IMO, it is odd because this stock has not had volume for days or weeks on end then volume shows up. I am taking a wait and see approach on this one. The volume is definitely something to watch though. As you said, someone does not just throw $1,500 at a no bid stock.

The person that mentioned the company is buying back shares, do they have any proof of that?
