So far.. A lot of transparency and that's what we as share holders really need ... Transparency . He has confirmed several times no reverse split...

The dividend to prpm for shares of SUTI could actually reduce the SS and bring more share holder value into the company in a way IMO.

We just have to close this deal officially . Ink on paper scot and Lori Albert and boom we are golden here at SUTI
