To answer that question, here's a scenario: How long would a man be upset that his ex-wife got awarded the house AND the dog - by some 'Judge'??

Answer: FOREVER

~ As long as Dov can fight-back and 'make waves' - HE WILL!
One would think that not only BUILDING a company, but being embarrassed on THE WORLD STAGE (by PUBLICALLY having it STRIPPED away from him) - would definitely draw 'the fight' out of a person...

Especially for someone of Dov's 'upstanding' character.

Sounds to me like $APP (& Co.) are also t'd-off with 'the Dove' - and want to spend EVEN MORE TIME AND RESOURCES squabbling with him! Hahahahaha...

So the issue remains: the stock is headed even lower now - as the company doesn't know WHAT direction to move in!
(...and introducing a 'new Fall line' just isn't *NEW* enough, IMO...)
They have a couple of *new* 'consultants' at the helm of the ship now...but still want to "pursue remedies against Mr. Charney for his actions"?? (Maybe they should be consolidating those resources, instead?)

Hahahaha...it dropped about $.04 - $.05 since the last trading day (now @ $0.44) - and I don't see it 'resting' anywhere north of $0.35 anytime soon!!!

Is $APP headed to sub-penny land???
