Not sure when he was granted these at this price tho'....

when he came aboard, he was granted 2M options @ .1095....1M vested on Feb26, 2015 and the remaining 1M in 4 equal 250K tranches upon commercial milestones(not vested as yet):

there is a blurb in the 10K about him having 1M that vest 60 days from the Table Date in the filing: The following tables contain information as of February 13, 2015 (the “Table Date”)--I imagine these are the 1M he acquired--the price is curious: pg 24

at the date of the 10K, he has 1M unvested---the commercial milestones IMO
