I don't think the unions can save this disaster, but how can they accept Welch to take out such a big chunk of money while their drivers financed the bonuses of the management ?

How can a company survive that asks their employees to give in 15 % off their salaries while the CEO raises his compensation with 1000 % ? Welch should give back his salary today while he still can. Your last jacket does not have pockets.
