Some folks on ST brought up an interesting point. As we all know, this years ASM, unlike others in the past, will be held "at the offices of our outside legal counsel". The point/comparison being made on ST was between ARIA & IDIX. It appears last years ASM for IDIX was at their attorneys office. IDIX meeting was on June 5th, announcement of being acquired on June 8th. It's a reach, I know...but interesting nonetheless.
