You are correct we got a fair shot of getting something approved it maybe years away but its alot closer to the end point then it was from the beginning.
I say Shire files for orphan drug status for SHP622 F/A before years end imo.I also see Pfizer going to phase III around that time.
Heck it was a gamble many years ago and its a gamble today but (IF) something is approved just write yourself a big check.It will be 500 times or more then one invested.
