Lack of brand management would be my main reason CES.
They keep recruiting brilliant researchers and scientists. How about some average with an above average ability to sell and create interest? Scientists generally only get themselves excited.
Hopefully, the mention of words like Amazon and store will be enough, but it could be a lot better on this front.
