I'll be damn lucky to even get my money back out of this even when news does come out. I would take 9 at this point. lol Just to walk away. Still would be a 30+% loss at that. The low ball flippers took this over a long time ago and keep it held down here. 23-3 flippers. Just have to wait it out at this point and hope for the best.
