I think they have not filed because it is bad news and why pay money to file bad news. I'm not sure how filing or not would effect a lawsuit against someone that has been fraudulent? That being said, bad fins wouldn't drive the PPS lower, it's already at .0001. I think they are not pumping or releasing PR's because it could be considered as attempting to scam. It will be interesting to see how the SEC case shakes out. If they can get a favorable ruling, show that IR is why they are where they are they might be able to start pumping and release Good news again or forward looking statements. I think the courts determining that the micro caps companies were the victims and in particular not "in" on the scam opens the doors back up to generate momentum in the companies. Thus the silence from them. "Pumping" is seen as a negative word here, it's not. Companies need to promote themselves as long as it's done ethically. Go MTVX.
