That post is absolutely false information, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company is no longer the T/A for NRTI INERGETICS, INC. Tax 22-1558317 and hasn't been for a while now. Please feel free to call them I verified this 2 months ago and again today. Their new T/A is listed on one of the filings, and you can call them for a current share count.
