<<along with a dozen or so investors/perspective investors.>>

Thanks.

Were there any institutional investors there?
Or was it all retail 'mom and pop' prospective
investors?

I know that the current investors are all 'mom and
pop' because the institutional money, to date, wants
nothing to do with this technology:

<<On December 26, 2013, 7,000,000 shares of Company common stock
were delivered to AMG Energy Solutions, Inc. (a related party)
and the remaining 266,000 shares of Company common stock were
delivered on June 18, 2014 to Wellington Asset Holdings, Inc.
As of March 31, 2015, the Company has paid $168,742 of the
$2,200,000 cash payable on account of this transaction, and
as of such date, the proceeds of the Company’s pending private
offering have been insufficient to pay the remaining
amount, which amount has been recorded on the books of the
Company as a related party payable relating to an acquisition.>>

We all want this venture to succeed. Afterall, that's why we invested. I've been reading these messages and until now, have been quiet. Transparency here is the key, along with integrity, responsibility and complete relevant factual disclosures. I see a lot of valid questions being asked with only seemingly speculative answers, coming from unknown sources. Some arguementative, some defensive, but none being officially addressed. I would find it hard to believe and irresponsible if Mr. De Leige is not reading these messages, and should be compelled to respond to these because at some point in the future he will have to. It's unavoidable and comes with the territory. Will it be ugly? Most likely, but early continous communications, even through as simple as weekly updates or responses to questions on the website would have most certainly avoided the now certain inevitability. Communication is of utmost importance.
