IMHO, I don't really think anyone knows unless you had access to formal contracts. I think it was dbing that threw that number out there about a month ago. Is it accurate?...beats the hell out of me. :)~

The bottom line is that we will know eventually. Maza required to report if indeed it is real. Make no mistake about this, when we get results from Shire and they are positive, and we get ODD, EVERYTHING changes....boom.

The issue is, is that you have no idea either. I would think it would probably be on Orphan designation which could occur once phase 1 data is known.

You suggest that trial results will have no material impact on the share price. I and several other posters very much disagree with that.

You have always been very negative on Intellect, so I am unsure why you post on the board and what your motives are.You have appear when things have started to move.

Can you show me a phase I for a rare disease that had 52 cohort size? Also, can you show one with primary outcomes that includes efficacy?
