AVTCQ is a criminal enterprise that has issued fraudulent financials and fraudulent press releases. The Chairman, the President and the CFO have recently resigned. The company has failed to file the 2014 10K and the 10Q's for all of 2013, 2014 and 2015 Q1. The company declared bankruptcy and isn't worth more than a penny per share after all the creditors and preferred stockholders get done with it.

Look for the SEC and DOJ to file securities fraud charges against AVTCQ and its officers, directors and consultants...
