I pretty much agree with what Gem and others(not many though) deduced;

Some grand and complex scheme is undertaken.

Wish we knew the following:

1.Who is the other party in " area of mutual
interest"(42 sq.miles) ? Gem asked before but
got no answer. Our neighbour to the north? or
some potential funder?

2.GeoTech has been out of the scene for quite awhile and just now LBSR received a 3D report from them on 6/19? Couple of years ago they did an extensive ZTEM on LBSR's claims and some extra unspecified acrage twice, remember? And they did not charge LBSR for the 2nd fly, Why?

3.Increasing the AS amount to 6,25 B. is not for
keeping the lights on, definitely not, IMO.
