Yeah, they are just making it up as they go :) Didn't learn anything in last one year of court sessions.....I can't wait to read the next court transcript.
Yes they say they want to protect and look out for the tax payers and make sure they get a usury return on their investment yet they are paying "with tax payer money) out the wahzoo for attornys to fight for an illegal confiscation. Simple, their was a contract and they broke it. Hence, we win!
