I certainly think we can, and rather quickly at that. Don't get me wrong, the big suits are important but as we have begun to see they take awhile and I have always thought of them as gravy and the main course is the continuing smaller settlements.
As I recall there wasn't one penny added to the market cap of MARA once they announced the acquisition of the Brigestone patents but yet we got whacked about 40% when they lost just one part of that suit, which by the way was all under the control and supervision of the Brigestone team of lawyers.
Like many others up here I have NO idea why there was the degree of negative reaction in the share price we have seen. It doesn't make one bit of sense to me. EMI has gone to great lengths to try and post some rational thoughts about the whole thing and I found his reasoning and thought process to be as logical as any I have read.
