That goes without saying they are COMMONS. You cant trade preferred shares. Besides that they say they have only given out 100,000 preferred D shares to Leonard BOLLEN who gets 51% of the net revenue of the company if they ever have any. According to USMJ they had 48 million COMMONS outstanding on March 31st. Of those 48 million COMMONS only 27 million shares were in the tradable float, leaving 21 million as RESTRICTED COMMONS. Pretty EASY PEASY! THIS COMPANY USMJ IS A JOKE!
