The Bid is immaterial. Bids can go all the way to .0001- . The Ask is what caps the share price. In other words, the Bid can always be jumped over, but the Ask has to be filled or removed to raise the share price.

Having said that, the Asks are thin to $3.00. We don’t know what the Bids are since all the MMs have them hidden behind 10K.
