I am sure that oil companies aren't using the website to contact them and if they have something to sell, it would be more likely that they would set up meetings and leave a phone number where they could be reached. If they are emailing them then how do you know they aren't answering them. Just because they aren't answering every email from investors doesn't say they aren't answering emails.
