Just what you have said. That's what I meant by establishing the corridor by connecting the dots. Ballast means lower hull association and not just a floating piece of break-away decking or side. If in fact this information is factual, I would think that SFRX would take advantage of this and make the utmost effort to start there. That's my opinion anyway.
