I had written confirmation of no lending. It is only when I called the manager that he confirmed a significant amount of shares were loaned...your statement may reveal the info. (ie. segregated vs. non-segregated..that is the Cdn language used..hope that helps.

I can only suggest you get documented confirmation of no-lending
