Definitely such words will be red flags for me as well in future investing. This ticker and many others are proof that such words and like phrases are invitations to disasters.
You may want to also throw in words like "we'd like to thank our loyal shareholders", "soon", "only release news when we have something to say", and "our company is not selling".
Sorry about your loss. It'll get better. It always does once the game is played on YOUR terms.
