You know, Chiotti is the angel investor here, and it seems as if we are in the end stages. I wonder if he sold the shares for cash to give back to the company for payroll in exchange for Preferreds.
Or, since the oil and gas market is slow, he may just have needed some personal money.
I wish I knew. Regardless, I am back to showing a paper loss in this stock right now. I hate to see red.
