Sinclair is solid, and we agree. I have met him and had a lengthy and pointed conversation. Curriculum Vitae's in my opinion are very important as they are expositoric in nature. They are not fluff. They are fact.

While Sinclair was on Lantana because he is the Archeologist on record, I never heard a peep from the other.

This is the season that matters, and I actually agree with small caps, success matters. As a shareholder, I have to give them this season.

I have made a mistake and misrepresented your post with my response, and I apologize.

The record here is all that matters. If the company....

and/or it's "affiliates" grasped that concept instead of looking up to a lawyer who committed FRAUD in Hillsborough County, or concerned themselves with Defendant's they know they will never collect from, then SFRX might be taken more seriously.

An alleged "moron" caused over $10MM in damages? What "moron" would think a Court would believe that?

Regardless, the lawsuits seem to be taken far more seriously than a ROI for the common shareholder who bought in the open market.

A "significant gift" to start a foundation from a company who has NO REVENUES and needs to issue convertible notes in order to raise money?

Really?
