#39651 RE: Captain Black Bob Blanco #39647

IMO, the thing to keep in mind is:

1. This is the first filings with the new auditor, so they have get caught up to speed on what is going on with the business past and present.

2. This filing not only includes past projects such as Venango county project and lawsuit with shareholder for Kentucky leases, but new ones such as the debt settlement claim, new commodity division, each JV in progress or being negotiated, the JVs themselves, etc.

3. XNRG is not their only client. Per Anton & Chia’s latest PR about merging with another firm:

We are the largest SEC filing firm on the West Coast of the United States of America, not including the Big 4 accounting firms, with over 150 public companies.

IMO, there is a lot of catching up they have to do on their new client XNRG on top of the over 150 other public company reports that would have to be reviewed/audited.

Again, IMO.
