You must mean the dated prospectus for JFKT back when Shameberg was peddling the frac water scam with GMND?

One Shameberg fan claimed the frac water scam angle was reserved for JFKT exclusively. Instead it was other projects where BAYP would get FREE revenues. On the other paw someone forgot to tell BAYP of that arrangement.

Also comical is one has JFKT saying their rusting tank will be used for frac water holding, while BAYP is saying they want to use it for an oil&fuel depost:

Sounds like mass spin confusion.

The frac water scam is just the starting point. Then will come the pumps about the JV being a oil services company:

The project is to include strategic acquisitions, mutual development of JFK terminal and oil fields and natural gas and oil fields service contracts. JFK and Bayport will share on a 50/50 basis revenues from all such projects associated with JFK Terminal Project as well as any future joint ventures between the two companies.

Now how will all of this be financed? Or will the JV just show up at an oil drilling site, with the JFKT crew in a pick up truck? All the equipment they need in a truck bed? Naturally BAYP's financial contribution will be nothing. Everything in the BAYP world is for FREE! And don't hold your breath waiting for JFKT to file an amended Form D with the latest amount raised. The last reported $45K raised out of the $5M goal will just have to do for the market.
