I think point one and two are especially important to any prospective buyer willing to fork out millions to billions for the patent portfolio.

1) The patents are real because UPTSO issued them, but they are not upheld by the courts. Good point, the courts deal with patent infringement, not whether patents are real or not.

2) They have not won any patent infringement suit. 3 cases were dropped and settled out of court.

I agree, prospective buyers of REVO may be very interested in these two points or areas.
