I agree with you.
We have to wonder when the corporate's options are due to be fulfilled and when they expire. Then, we watch who the next insider is that buys a big amount. I know it would be difficult to track how much stock their relatives have, too. But, sometimes I just get that feeling. I would not worry about the action of yesterday's market on PPHM's good news. Peregrine always falls on good news. Check its past. The more PPHM's drugs prove themselves the higher the bid will be for a potential buyout. Now, $11 is feasible, but the farther along these phases go and data streams out about its success the more expensive it will be to buyout the company. One day, I think, PPHM will not be bought for under $50 per share. Yep. Hang in there.
