Good points Fubar!

After all that's gone on over the past year and a half with FROZ/MTVX, and our wonderful leader Pastor Boy Troy Covey and the whole situation with Iron Ridge, it's made me question a few things:

I get the feeling that PBT was and likely is much more involved with IronRidge (DragonOx) than just another bumbling company head taking a bad deal from John Kirkland. It's interesting that IR is a Delaware registered company just like MTVX.....

What's also interesting is that their subsidiary Global IV is a Virgin Islands registry. Just like a new ugly tentacle that has showed up called Dragonox.....Hmmm, sounds like PBT would like to set himself up doing Section 3 (a) (10) exchanges and is probably being mentored by these crooks. It's also my guess, based on PBT's con-an history (and he will never change), that he has been a part of the dilution process himself.

PBT will continue to work his scam on the Motoped Boys and whatever other fool investors he can find to make them soon part with their money.

PBT's day will come..so If I were PBT, I would start looking over my shoulder. "BAD BOYS BAD BOYS...WHATCHA GUNNA DO..."

They COULD get wrapped up in the iron ridge filing if they were in on the manipulation which is likely only time will tell

I don't think DragonOx can collect shares since they would be doing it through Ironridge Global IV, Ltd. The SEC order was aimed at both Ironridge entities:

This matter involves violations of the broker-dealer registration provisions by Ironridge Global IV, Ltd. (“Global IV”), a British Virgin Islands business company,and its formerly San Francisco, California-based parent company, Ironridge Global Partners, LLC (“Ironridge”).

I still think we're screwed though.

Remember the issues awhile back with, what was it ... Caldron Bank or something? They got popped and there was ties to IR there. Shortly thereafter was when they attempted the Dragonchow arrangement.

It's all tied together, we had speculated that something of this order might be in their future.

Probably means little in the grand scheme of things here, but at least, hopefully some justice for these scumbags.
