No reverse split, Nasdaq granted extension because company could demonstrate a pipline of products and company progress to life stock on it's own merit. Otherwise, extension would not be granted.

Precisely my point, banks accumulating shares through cashless exercise provision of B warrants, because there will be no reverse split.

The let Banks accumulate large positions at the newly diluted cash per share floor of .28, banks fronted 37 million cash to buy common for a reason.
