Disappointing, but not surprising. I think all PPHM will get is chump change and vindication that it wasn't their fault (I hope).

The summary judgment seems to indicate that the clear winner was CSM. Do not see a payment to PPHM or any admission of fault by CSM. For them to do so would more than likely invite a class action against them. This ruling may have some effect on the CA. Let's hope not
