Never underestimate the slowness of the SEC. Just in my honest opinion... And I've gotta believe that the interactions between Marcus Frasier and the SEC must be at least a wee bit difficult, if you catch my drift. Plus, it is a simple business model, but look at those 12Gs they filed. Marcus Frasier or Shaheen or the accountants or somebody made things way too complicated. I'm increasingly convinced I am correct, but without any evidence I'm just speculating.
