#203 RE: MaterialMind #202

The OS is 2 million. Fully diluted means what the OS will be if all options and convertible securities will be converted into common stock. Knowing the fully diluted OS allows an investor to see what percentage of the company his investment would be in the event that all of the company’s potential common shares were to be issued, based on its current obligations. So if all the obligations CHFR has would be converted into common stock, the OS will be 5,4 million. In other words, based on the current obligations, maximumn dilution will be 3,4 million shares.
