IMO exposure does not make a good investment but but it does sell shares. The company seems to spend quite a bit of time and money on exposure. They need to do something about selling their business plan to a jv partner and less selling of shares to traders.
If they continue funding with tradable shares they will be a penny stock again in no time. JMO. The pps is going to continue down if something doesn't change.
