Agreed- I think that they can also structure the deals in different ways for different clients possibly so the dermatologist or vendor funds the manufacturing or deposit.
I think one of the issues is the company/IR relationship is not as strong as it should be and who suffers- shareholders.
IR- firm has clients they should keep happy- "shareholders" Andy has a fiduciary responsibility to protect- "shareholders"
