Really....how amazing that everybody knows that but me. So Porter is the CEO because everybody but me knows that.

There are only two directors of the Company listed. The CEO is not listed because "everybody knows who he is", the size of the Board is not listed. The Bio's of the Board are not listed.

Now lets get back to some real issues.

This Company doesn't even know how many, and of what type stock, the company has. That is a most serious issue.

They have 700M listed with the State of Nevada, the regulatory agency for this Company.

They have 725M disclosed in the annual statement, vouched for by an attorney who represents he confirmed that number with the TA. It is assumed those are 700M Common and 25M series A Preferred.

The company history shows 750M shares of stock comprised of 700M commons, 25M series A preferred, 25M series B preferred.
