How do you know Ken is not buying back shares since the June 5th PR?

He could announce that the R/S is not approved on June 12th and could have already bought back a billion shares?

Could be a smart move otherwise why mention to us ahead of time of a potential reverse split. JUST DO IT.

The other reason to if he was gonna do a reverse split why mention ahead time to lower the PPS after the split? He cannot sell anymore shares right so would lower the after affect for large institutional buyers right?
