Yeah, guess you're right.
Stephen Fishburn, ABI's CTO and the lead plaintiff in the case, comments, "Mr. Katzaroff repeatedly mislead ABI's employees into believing significant funding events were imminent these last four months. Employees continued to work on ABI's products, believing payday should be anytime. At this point, we've stopped believing Mr. Katzaroff or coming to work. None of us expect to get paid unless we win this suit."
