It wasn't just cause the buyout failed. They also stated that they will have to file for bankruptcy and that they may have to cease to exist by the end of June...I didn't buy purely because of the buyout, that was just a bonus. I figured if it fell through they would announce it during trading hours and I had a stop loss set for 1.10. The fact that they did it with an hour left on AH shows that they knew what they were doing. Dudes are crooks.
