The simple answer would be when NIH exits chp 11. What needs to happen between now & then is news creditors have been compensated, new bonds strucured to underwrite reorganization (future protection for new creditors/banks). New share structure has been divulged so its a matter of being first in line to buy shares when NIH commences trading again.

I suspect it will happen by August. Ill be in line to buy shares.
