So, only one microcap has ever had a CEO nominated for the mythical "Most-Ethical" award. I guess Porter wins, 1-0. I am sure he is so proud. Hominy, Oklahoma will no doubt hold a parade in his honor.
I look forward to it. A position that says BAYPs CEO is the most ethical of all the "micro cap CEOs" simply because nobody is "running against him" is most humorous. Can't wait to show the competition he has.
But first answer the question. Show us where the annual report or the website tells us who the CEO really is. Can't vote for him as the most ethical CEO of the year if nobody knows who he is. And you might as well as show us where the entire board is identified also....or even how many board members there are. That darn transparency thing again.
