I was in awe when I saw this 3rd split. This REAC never even recovered from its 21 days post split on the last one. It immediately fell to no bid. And he "re-split" it? LOL. You have to laugh. It's criminal

I don't know if it's a record but it is putrid.

I never uinderstand why the SEC doesn't shut these scams down
